Brands and products used: PermaICE Quattro MAX (Brand new technology 4 Wave length laser) It reaches the hair much deeper than IPL and a 3 wave laser, it targets all hair and skin types 1-6, so it is suitable for dark skin with darker course hair, to fair light skin and everything in between. Their laser has an inbuilt cooler which cools the skin immediately to -18, so the heat from the laser which causes the pain is reduced.e
